The Magic Mist Academy is a school for the gifted set in the heart of a secluded forest area, seemingly in the middle of nowhere.
It strives to help students make the best of the powers they have been given, as well as help them develop new skills. It is the same as any other school, except the students that reside here possess some type of power, whether it be the dark art of shadow-bending or the blessed gift of healing.


For the longest time, MMA has been the haven for the oddities of our world.

Not any more

Something as harmless and inconsequential as tripping over a pencil led to the opening of the Shadowed Beyond. (click here for more information) Now that the evils of the world have been unleashed, odd things have been happening. A chain reaction as been set off.

Let the chaos begin

There is a girl at MMA who has never been sure of her past, or of her future. Visions have haunted her ever since she woke up to find herself in the woods with no memory of her past. Visions that show the future and the past, but that are always heartachingly painful and terrible to behold. But they were manageable, nearly controllable.

HIding in the shadows

Not anymore. With the opening of the Shadowed Beyond Gate, a vision is imminent, and dangerous to all who are near her when it comes. But, most shocking of all: this vision shows Ilusa where she came from, and it is not what she wanted to see.

What will the school do now, with a Shadow-Tainted girl on their hands?

There are many humans at MMA. Some inherited powers, others were randomly given them, but there is one who is above all unique. She has no powers whatsoever and has, by her own will, come to this school where dangers lurk around every corner. Why has she come? To break a curse placed upon ehr by a rogue angel. Will she be able to keep her secret, or will she die trying?

Unless they're shared with everyone.
